Guest Blogger-Stephanie, Shawn, Taylor & Sean to the Mountains

Hello my brothers...as you know Hunny and I love going to the mountains. We go more in the summer but try to make a few cold weather trips too.  This year we bought Biltmore Estate Season passes so this was the second cold weather trip we made.  We went up on Friday night, got in, made a fire, had dinner, drinks and then went to bed...at 8:30.

On Saturday we woke up bright & early, made breakfast and then went off to our favorite winery, Lake James Winery.

 

After we were done at Lake James and all stocked up with wine, they told us of a new winery Belle Nicho Winery

 Inside they had the cutest little tasting room where the walls are covered with corrugated metal.

 We continued to stock pile the wine because you never know now when you may need 12 bottles of wine :)

Off to eat some Mexican food for lunch and by the time we got back to the mountain house Sean and Taylor were there waiting on us.  This was Sean's first time there so we went for a walk and naturally took a few pictures.

 

We had to keep warm so we started drinking and the boys built us a fire!

Hunny has recently grown fur so he wasn't as cold as the rest of us.
 

 

That was our day, fun packed from morning till night.  Then it was off to bed to get up early to go to the Biltmore Estate.... Stay tuned!
