Women of a Certain Age!
Well kids your mother started hosting a Christmas Party last year for the ladies at her work and last night was this years party. Since she works at Lowe's there are a lot of different age groups that work there so that is why she calls her group...Women of a Certain Age...which means you have to be 40 or older or turn 40 in the upcoming year.
One of the most exciting parts of the night is when they play a game called Dirty Santa! Now just to make sure you were paying attention this is a group of women over 40 so get your head out of the gutter. How Dirty Santa works is everyone brings a wrapped ornament and puts it under the tree...then you take turns picking a gift and once you open it you can keep it or steal another person's ornament. WILD GROUP!
Anyway everyone brings some food and sweets and as of 9:30pm when I went to bed they all appeared to be having a blast. I also got to see the 12.12.12 concert in peace so all is good!!
I am glad to see that Barbara still has the Christmas spirit. Looks like the "Ladies" all were having a good time and most likely rocked after Scrooge went to bed. LOL

ReplyDeleteHenry, women over 40 are preferred...they don't yell..they swell and they are as grateful as hell. it's a shame you went to bed so early or you may have understood my comment.
