Chicago-Architecture Boat Tour

Well kids Saturday afternoon at 3pm we went on a Architecture Boat Tour up the Chicago river weaving it's way through all the big buildings downtown.  This was a great tour and well worth the Bucket List!

This is the tour boat...full bar downstairs!

This is Willis Tower which you will hear about soon but look at the top...see those glass enclosures sticking out...that's where you step out on...103 floors up!  Everyone did it but one person...guess who?

I can't remember all the buildings but it was a 1 hour tour and it was outstanding...our tour guide knew all the stories and all the buildings so he was great.

Do you recognize the round building?  It was in a movie where they pushed the car off the parking ramp.

These 4 townhouses are all that are left except for high rise condo's...your mother said she would live in them in a second.

One of the "in" things to do is to get married and then have the wedding party cross one of the many bridges so they can scream at the boats going by.

  1. That was one of the best things on our trip and agree it should be on the bucket list if you go to Chicago. Pictures are great and being there was even better!!
