Jared & Hannah's New House

Well kids as you know Jared & Hannah purchased a house a couple weeks ago in the Mint Hill area and since Catherine was in town we thought it would be a perfect time to see it.  BTW more about Catherine's visit over the next couple of days.


 
The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood about a mile from Uncle Larry's house.  They have been looking for a house for the last few months and finally settled on this one.  Your mother and I are thrilled since it is a lot closer then where he lives now.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a big family room, a eat in kitchen, a dining room and a 2 car garage that will house the pool table!  There is a pretty big backyard and plenty of space for Franny to run around.

Ok what's our first project?

The stove and dishwasher are brand new and the frig, washer and dryer look close to new

A very nice house and if all goes well they will close on December 9th and move in on December 14th.  Great job Jared & Hannah we know you will love it!

    The reason for a huge shower is to conserve water by showering with friends, but Jared already knows that per Grandpa

    Wow, awesome home Jared and Hannah. Can't wait to see it on our next trip down. Looks like a beautiful home. You must be thrilled and we are thrilled for you. Now Sean, don't make pest of yourself...even though your brother would love it.

    Looks like a real nice house and we are looking forward to having dinner in your third place in the last 3 years. As your dad said, it is closer to where we stay in the area. Great job you two.

    Looks great! Jared and Hannah, I hope all goes well with the closing and you get moved into "your" (and the bank's) new home without any glitches! Hmm, just how big is that shower??? I guess we'll be the last to see it when we get back East. Will be excited to see it, though. Henry, keep the pictures coming!
