Christmas bonding time with the Kids Part 2

Today's visits started at Ryan & Dee's house.  This is their first Christmas in their new house but much to our surprise there was only one decoration up...since Dee has been struggling with her health they stayed low key...I wish I was living at their house!!

We all sat around chatted, relaxed and watched the Panther's beat the Raiders.  Since we didn't see Dee on her Birthday we brought those gifts with us today.

 

 

They have done a ton to their house and it really looked great.  The baby's room looks like it is ready to go but that will be for another POD in January. 

When your grandparents Clark were in Costa Rica they bought all 6 of us the world famous Costa Rican rocking chairs.  These chairs are extremely comfortable and I sit in mine almost daily!  There were 2 adult chairs and 4 kid chairs.  Since Ryan and Dee are expecting a baby soon we thought it would be a nice time to pass down Ryan's chair.

We left there and headed to Stephanie & Shawn's house.  They had their house dressed out to the max!  They purchased their tree at Lowe's and asked for the smallest tree that they had! 

The gift wrapping was very cool!!

 

Robert, Melinda, Jared, Sean and Taylor all showed up for the fun.

Shawn cooked a deep fried turkey along with plenty of other food...cookies, sausage balls, mac & cheese...and so on.  His cooking is so good I even caught him in the kitchen tasting his turkey!!
